Compact drive for brushless motors, full programmable digital control system. Control for vector synchronous motors with incremental encoder, BLDC with Hall-effect sensors and brushless sensorless. CAN network connection, available CANopen protocol. Full control through RS232 connection (ModBus). PC software for easy parameters access and archiving.

FM581> Compact digital drive for DC motors, 100V 8A and 200V 5A

Compact drive for DC motors, full programmable digital control system. Current or Current+Speed control mode with armature or tachometer feedback. Analog input for speed/current reference and variable current limit. Full controll through RS232 connection (ModBus). PC software for easy parameters access and archiving.

FM574-VE is design mainly to power permanent magnet brushless motors and asynchronous induction motors with vector control.

Available in various sizes, which differ in the solution taken for the dissipation of heat, with currents up to 10A at 230Vac or 400VAC.

Supports the following position sensors for motor control:

Available encoder simulation output and an auxiliary encoder input realize master-slave electrical axis control.

 

Available field-bus:

Every function of the inverter is fully programmable and controllable through the serial communication channels available.

Sono disponibili ingressi di controllo locali:

Through the serial interface RS232/RS485 based on ModBus protocol, are available all the configuration and control parameters.

The configuration is assisted by a PC program,

Tramite bus di campo sono accessibili tutti i parametri di configurazione e di controllo dell'inverter. La configurazione è assistita da un programma su PC, attraverso collegamento seriale ModBus.

Ogni insieme di parametri di configurazione è memorizzabile su file e richiamabile in qualunque momento per programmare più azionamenti o archiviare il lavoro svolto.

 

Una scheda opzionale aggiunge la possibilità di utilizzare una interfaccia PROFIBUS.
